Scandinavian Meatballs 

With Creamy Dill Sauce

I don't usually make this dish until it's cold outside, but I've been thinking of these last couple of days incessantly. So tonight I broke down and cooked 'em up. If you check the internet for these, there's a lot of different sauces for these delectable meatballs. This is very close to the recipe that my Mom has made forever. Same basic taste, thickness, but I know it's not the same ingredients or cooking method, and that's ok. Hers are almost as good as mine! : D
